ORION Real Estate Data Exchange is a data-sharing platform founded by MetroList, Northern Nevada Regional MLS and Oregon Data Share, to securely share real estate listing data across markets.

Real estate doesn’t stop at MLS boundaries. ORION makes it easier for MLSs to connect and share data, helping brokers and agents access information across participating markets.

ORION currently connects participating MLS organizations, including MetroList, Northern Nevada Regional MLS and Oregon Data Exchange. The exchange is designed to grow as more MLSs participate.

No. ORION does not replace your MLS. Your MLS remains your primary source for local listing data and MLS services. ORION helps connect participating MLSs and share data between markets.

ORION uses a Rapattoni MLS System. If you're not familiar with the Rapattoni system, there will be training opportunities. Your existing MLS tools and systems remain the primary way you access MLS information.
